- [Anna Pretty](https://kevalaceramics.com/through-the-eyes/anna-pretty/): Anna Pretty is a renowned designer of furniture and home accessories. After completing her MA in Industrial Design at the Royal College of Art, Anna has built an impressive career collaborating with industry leaders like Phillipe Starck, Tom Dixon, Wedgewood, WGSN, Zara Home, and Habitat. With years of experience in design and retail across Europe and Asia, Anna also serves as a senior visiting tutor at the Royal College of Art in London, where she teaches in the Innovation Design Engineering MA program.

She studied Ceramics at the ANU School of Art where she fell in love with hand building. Her continual fascination for other cultures and travel has enabled her to develop her own unique and distinctive sense of style. Her sculptural pieces are hand built and no two are ever the same.

With a degree in Fine Arts and a major in oil panting, Christine has painted every day for over 40 years, and finds inspiration looking back at her creations and ideas from twenty to forty years ago. Now transferring her art sketches and paintings onto ceramic cavings and shapes, she loves the wonderful, sometimes unexpected results in the ceramic process.

Her mission: to pioneer innovative solutions that would elegantly seal the waste loop in our ceramics production.
