Wok Society, Patina Maldives, Fari Islands

A traditional South East Asian inspired tableware collection with nods to natural oriental vegetation (Lily pads and bamboo), as well as delicate Asian artistic features reflected in the ceramics (bamboo decal, woven basket moulds and hand carving decor).

The overall colour tone is green as is traditional in Chinese culture to symbolise growth, wealth, purity and cleanliness which is the perfect background palette to harmonise the high quality, traditional and organic cuisine served in each ceramic item.

Roots, Maldives, Fari Islands

This modern and organic statement tableware collection is inspired by the natural elements of the earth. Kevala’s collection of ceramics reflect sand grains, shell and coral indentations, the rings of an ageing tree trunk, the fluidity of water and many other natural shapes and textures.

This cutting edge collection showcases the complexities of ceramic making and innovation, which compliments the innovative and artistic food which will be served on each plate. The tableware’s textures and shapes are closely connected and inspired from the earth which echoes the name and ethos behind the restaurant
